FP Smith Parts & Equipment is a family-owned and operated heavy equipment parts distributor. The company was formed by Francis P. Smith in 1947, and is now headed by his son, Pete Smith.

Located on 20 acres in Northern California, FP Smith has one of the largest inventories of new OEM surplus, rebuilt and used parts and components for both early and late model construction, mining and agricultural equipment.

FP Smith stocks parts for Dressta, Dresser, Komatsu, International Harvester, Caterpillar, Hough, Galion, Case, Payhauler, John Deere, Fiat Allis and many other equipment manufacturers.

We carved our niche in the worldwide heavy equipment market by providing hard to find parts at considerable savings from factory list prices.

By maintaining a large inventory, utilizing the latest technology, and emphasizing customer service, FP Smith maintains its leadership and value-added service in the equipment parts industry.
